- How do I login to access my quarantined items?
- There are 2 ways to login: 1) Click on the words "Personal Dashboard" in the Long Lines Daily Digest to automatically login. 2) Go to http://redcondor.longlines.com/console and enter your email address and password.
- Do I need to login to manage my quarantined items?
- There is no need to go into your Long Lines Email Protection account, unless you want to retrieve an email that was quarantined. Emails that have been quarantined for 35 days are automatically deleted. To deliver an quarantined email, select the email and click "Release".
- Why can't I open my Personal Dashboard?
- Your Personal Dashboard requires at least Internet Explorer 7 or 8 to work. You will need to run Windows Update on your computer or click here to upgrade your Internet Explorer. If you do not wish to upgrade, you can download and install the Google Chrome Plugin.
Can I change how often I receive the Daily Digest?
Yes, you can receive these emails daily, weekly, monthly or not at all. Login to your Personal Dashboard and click "Settings" to choose your delivery frequency.
Why did I receive multiple Daily Digests?
You may have another email address, or alias, associated with your account or another email address is being forwarded to your email address causing multiple Daily Digests in your inbox.
Do I still need an Anti-Virus program on my computer?
Yes. Long Lines Email Protection does not replace the need for an Anti-Virus program on your computer. This program only filters your inbound email for viruses. It does not protect your computer from getting a virus from other means, such as downloads, file sharing or program installation. For Anti-Virus protection, consider PC Matic from PC Pitstop.
